How much can I earn?
Our current rates of pay are some of the most generous in the industry. This is how much you can expect to earn working with us:

Can calls be forwarded to my mobile?
Regretfully we cannot forward calls to your mobile for a number of reasons. Forwarding calls to a mobile is cost-prohibitive. There can also be signal quality issues and there is also less control over the background noise environment of a mobile versus a home landline.
So I need a landline?
You do need a fixed telephone landline with all call-blocking / answerphone facilities removed. You must also be able to receive calls from a 0845 number. Please ensure all of these features are removed from your landline before applying.
How do I get paid?
We pay to your UK bank account, or a UK bank account of any person you might wish to nominate. We regret we cannot pay via PayPal or Cheque.
When do I get paid?
We pay out every Wednesday morning, based on the previous Friday to Friday’s activity. We pay out any balances exceeding £5.50. If your balance falls under this amount we roll the earnings over to the next week until the £5.50 pay-out threshold is reached. Please note that 50p will be deducated on each payment due to bank charges outside of our control.
What hours do I have to work?
You can work whichever hours suit you, but like the old saying goes, “You only get out what you put in!” Callers need to get used to seeing you on at regular times and then you’ll build your regulars up week by week.
Do I have to pay anything?
We do not charge any upfront fees for your application, nor do we deduct any fees from your earnings. You’ve got nothing at all to lose from applying, and you could be starting your telephone chat line job as soon as today!
